2.2 Matching System: Once you submit your book information and address, the platform will match you with another user who is offering a suitable book. You are responsible for shipping the book to the matched user and confirming receipt of the book.

3. Use of Communication Features

3.1 Chat Platform: Users are able to communicate with one another via a chat feature provided by the Site. You agree to use the chat feature only for its intended purpose of facilitating the book swap and to comply with our Community Guidelines.

3.2 Reporting Inappropriate Behavior: If you experience any inappropriate behavior or misuse of the chat feature, you must report it to us via the contact information provided on the Site. We will investigate reports of misuse and take appropriate action as necessary.

4. Shipping and Liability

4.1 Shipping Responsibility: Upon receiving a match, you are responsible for shipping the book to the other user. We do not facilitate or provide payment for shipping costs. You agree to ship books promptly and in good condition.

4.2 Liability Disclaimer: We do not accept liability for any issues arising from the shipping or condition of the books exchanged through the platform. Any disputes regarding product quality, shipment delays, or damage to books must be addressed directly between users. You agree to hold Kids Book Swap Club harmless from any claims related to the shipping or condition of the books.

4.3 Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails or issues arise (e.g., undelivered or lost books), you must contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance. We will assist in resolving any issues but cannot guarantee resolution.
